Call To Action

No act of kindness however small is ever wasted…..AESOP

For your consideration….

I would  have to go back and study our blogs to be sure, but sometimes it seems like our messages grouped in themes. It seems like we are in a “call to action” one right now. Yesterday we were given a small task to help us see the blessings that surround us.

Today we are called into action to do a “random act of kindness.” It doesn’t have to be big;

-take in your neighbors garbage cans

-pay the toll for the person behind you

-help a senior load their groceries

-run an errand for someone

-pay for the coffee of a person behind you

-call someone you know would love to hear from you

-take part of your dinner over to a neighbor you know lives alone

-sign up for a volunteer activity

etc. etc. etc.

You get the point these are small but unexpected gifts to other people….some we know. Others we don’t.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Do a random act of kindness.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A beautiful winter wonderland.

-A good book.

-Bruce went with me to the vets….a first.

-An early bed.
