For your consideration….

Today’s message came in via “ergonomics.” Pretty strange? Yeah, I thought so initially. Basically, ergonomics is designing for efficiency, comfort and safety in the workplace. One of the very best ways to see how well tools or equipment is working is by “observing” the people who are using them. If we see that a user has modified them in any way, we can hone in on the what and why.

And that is the process we are asked to immolate today. We often think or wonder “What can I do?” The answer is look around and see the need and let that be our guide. Everyday we are afforded opportunities to “add” to the moment, brighten someone’s day, help out etc.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-See the need and act accordingly.

What made me smile yesterday….

-It is always easier letting our girl go when we know when we are going to see her again.

-Talking to Dianne and Jackie.

-PJ’s all day.

-An early bedtime. Ahhhh.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
