Awakening

For your consideration….

We have been through strife after strife this past year. The media are bombarding us with negativity. More than that they are dumbfounded that they are not able to drum up huge followings. The only people they rile up is their opponents or the unbalanced.

What is happening? People are starting to wake up and listen to their own spirit. We are making conscious decisions to follow our own energy. We are recognizing truth and are able to separate it away from the rhetoric. We are awakening and seeing what is right and just versus being a pawn in someone else’s game.

We are getting used to tuning out and listening in to our own soul. And that is exactly what the world needs.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Follow your own truth and tune out the rest.

What mad me smile yesterday….

-PJ’s all day trying to lick a cold.

-Catching up with my girls.

-A good book.

-Lots of Christmas shopping done.
