For your consideration….

Today’s message is just a thought to consider. We are asked to think about fear and worry.

Consider that by definition fear and worry about outcome….future moments in time. Consider that if we are fully present in this moment, making it the best it can be, then there can be no fear or worry.

Whenever we feel fear or worry we are not invested in the present moment. When we notice that we are worried or fearful, let that be a trigger to bring ourselves back into the moment we are in and invest fully in it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Live fully in the present moment.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Special children.

-Catching up with an old friend of Alex’s.

-Relaxing reiki.

-A deep deep snooze.
