For your consideration….

For three days in a row I have pulled the “Chakra Cleansing” card. I have sat and cleared mine so was confused on why I got it again until I realized it is for all of us. It has been awhile since we have had a message about our chakras so I guess we should not be surprised to get it now. We are shifting between seasons, adjusting our patterns and ramping up into the holiday season. We need our chakras to be open to help us stay healthy and keep our energy up.

I love Deborah King’s easy way of explaining chakras:

Unclog Your Pipes with Energy Healing
Your chakras are the invisible but vital energy centers that are designed to move energy between your personal field and the universal field, and, when spinning correctly and unencumbered, these chakras are the means by which you replenish your energy and restore your health. From energy healing you’ve learned that your body is made from your energetic field, which means that what goes on in your field directly affects your body. So when your chakras are blocked, your energy flow is also blocked, and that clog will eventually cause physical symptoms that can be anything from headaches to cancer.
Think of it like this: your energy flows like water through pipes. If you have a clog somewhere in the system, all that water backs up and eventually springs a leak, damaging the pipes and the wall around it. Just like that water, your energy has to go somewhere, and keeping your chakras clear and your energy flowing is the best way to keep your body from experiencing injury or illness as a result of clogged pipes.

There are many ways to clear your chakras. You can google it and find one that works for you. Some people like guided meditations. Others like to do it on their own. Personally, I have done both. I followed a Deepak Chopra one. I have done group ones. But most often, I sit quietly and do it on my own. I start with my root chakra, the red energy center, and work my way up. I hyper focus on the center until I can feel/see it spinning freely and its light is bright. I then move onto the next chakra and so on. It should be noted that the time I spend on each chakra is different. I spend as much or little time as necessary to make is freely spin and its light is vibrant.

Taking the time to make sure our energy centers are active and healthy is time well spent. It makes everything in our life better. I am grateful for this reminder today.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Clear your chakras.

What made me smile yesterday.

-A day off.

-Many tasks done.

-Finished a book.

-Catching up with both of my girls. Wow. Twice in just a couple of days.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
