For your consideration…..
We often say, “Seeing is believing.” Sometimes that works for us, sometimes not.
Our message today is about when it does not work. Our message today tells us that we often require seeing when we should be following our knowing instead. Our instinct, our gut, our intuition are gifts from God put in our life tool box. Our intuition is our soul remembering. Our soul has the benefit of lifetimes of experience. Our soul can see what our eyes can not. Our soul can hear what our ears can not. Our soul can feel and touch what our physical bodies can not.
We are born trusting our instincts. We are taught to overrule it. We are taught not to trust our intuition or if we do to do it silently. Women’s intuition has been mocked for generations. Slowly it is making its way back to respectability.
Our intuition is serious business. Ignoring it often has consequences. How often have we said, “I knew I shouldn’t have (or should have) done that? Deep down we know that the little voice within is our truth. We know that it represents our best interest.
We are reminded today to trust the little voice or feeling of our instincts, our gut, our intuition that speaks from our soul.
That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all’
-Drink lots of water. It helps with our clarity.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Trust the voice of your soul. It remembers.
What made me smile yesterday….
-An ambitious cooking day has left me prepared for the entire week….feels great.
-A bedroom almost prepped for painting.
-Don and Mary came for dinner.
-Catching up with both my girls….a rarity.
