For  your consideration…..

HOPEfully we all use the love word a lot. HOPEfully it is because we feel it.

Today we are asked to pause and think about who/what we really love. We are asked to list them individually and pause to focus on each and every one. Then offer them a blessing.

As I did this, I realized why the individually was stressed. As we pause on each one, and then go on to the next we realize how long our list is. We realize how blessed we really are.

Most people would feel blessed with one true love or one true friend. So when we start down the list of who/what we have in our life, the magnitude of it all is almost overwhelming.

Honing in on who/what we love in our life is a sure-fire way to start a magnificent and happy day.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Spend as much time outdoors today as you can. Try to get your bare feet on Mother Earth.

-Hone in on what you love.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Success…after 2 weeks, I was able to find some distilled water for my sleep machine. Believe it or not, it is in short supply as it is being redirected (rightfully so) to the natural disaster areas.

-I ran into an old friend, Helen. Fun.

-I was able to find some glass Alex is looking for.

-My new book cover is awesome. I love it.

-Dinner and a movie with Bob and Bruce was lots of fun.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
