For your consideration…..
I love how today’s message came in. It used words it used yesterday on our students. We told them that “While you are on your way home from school, it will turn into fall.” We explained, “We are very very hot (it was 104 degrees outside). It does not feel like fall. It doe not look like fall. But in a few minutes it will be.”
And so it is with everything. There is always what we see and feel and what we don’t. There is always a ying and a yang. We are asked to remember that.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Remember nothing is every exactly as it seems.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A very hot and beautiful day.
-Our day started came in like a lion and went out like a lamb.
-Our friend was inducted into the high schools hall of fame with 7 other great athletes and role models.
-Celebrating with friends after.
