Power of Prayer

For  your consideration….

At first I thought,” Isn’t this the same message as yesterday?” Then I thought, “Did I miss something?” But I was quickly told, no. Today is connected but different. Today’s message wants us to focus on our power, the power of prayer, the power of our prayer and finally the power of our prayers once the Universe combines them.

Prayer is energy. When we are completed immersed in it with our emotions, our prayers are amped up. They become bigger and more powerful.

Not convinced? Consider what Albert Einstein wrote, “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you can not help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.” So if you are not convinced in the power of prayer, let the science convince you.

Our prayers are powerful. Let’s not let doubt keep us from taking the time to offer up our prayers for those in need, suffering, in harm’s way, anguished and/or scared. Let our faith, our emotions protect and comfort those who need them.

I do believe we’re all connected.

I do believe in positive energy.

I do believe in the power of prayer.

I do believe in putting good out into the world.

And I believe in taking care of each other.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Pray with intention and focus.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Lots of conversations with those I love.

-Jeff, Kerri, Taylor, Camryn, Lori and Mike left for safety.

-A good book.

-Wonderful Young Fives. I am so proud of how far they have come in only 4 days.
