It’s Friday. Are you already laying out all of your plans for the weekend?
Make sure, first and foremost, to include time to play. What makes your soul sing? What makes you smile or giggle?
Play helps to bring us back into balance. It energizes us. It gives us a positive attitude which in turn invites more joy and HOPE into our lives. You are probably familiar with the savings saying “pay yourself first”. That is what we are asked to do with play. Play first. Add joy and love to your own soul first. It is like money in the bank collecting interest.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…….
-Meditate for as long as you can.
-Have fun. Play.
