For your consideration…

We can’t help it. We can’t stop it. We impact every moment we are in….for better or worse. In every encounter we have we leave an impact…for better or worse.

Our message today reminds us of this. It asks us to be conscious of it and think about the impact we want to have. HOPEfully we choose (we always have a choice) to “do no harm.HOPEfully we will choose to extend kindness in our thoughts, words and deeds. HOPEfully we will choose to extend love, HOPE and joy in all things big and small. Remember, without judgment, all things are equal. The smallest act with kind intentions is equal to the largest act with the same intentions. Our thoughts, words and deeds reverberate around the world…for better or worse.

We can choose to have a positive impact on each and every encounter.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Remember, they do not have to be all at once. We can do it walking to and from our car.

-Consider taking them with our bare feet on Mother Earth and sending out love, joy, HOPE and blessings into the Universe.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Lots of rain for our thirsty lawn.

-Some cleaning done.

-I was complaining to my sister-in-law, Cathy, about how hard it was to find handy men and house cleaners. Like magic I got an email recommending a women wanting more houses to clean. Color me happy.

-Lots of housework done and I still had time to get my nails and toes done.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
