For your consideration….
We are so bombarded with bad news, fake news, complaints, protests, ungratefulness. The news media is full of it. Social media is full of it. Even if you don’t turn it on the TV or radio, it seems like you have to get through it before you can get to your email. We are all dealing with it.
Here is our message today. There is MUCH more GOOD news than bad. It just doesn’t get reported. But if we pause and think about it, look and see, hear and listen, with our own eyes, ears and heart, we KNOW this.
Today our God and Guidance reminds us to not let the negativity weigh us down in the darkness. We are better than this. We can choose….we always have a choice….to rise above it all and stay in the light. It is in this place where we see clarity and purpose to do the work of a Lightworker.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water. It helps with the clarity.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Rise to work in the light.
What made me smile yesterday….
-It was a great and fun day starting with lunch with Camille.
-A quick visit with Mac and AJ.
-An author reading and discussion at Nicola’s bookstore with author Greg Fournier.
-Dinner with Camille and her friends. Lots of fun.
-Sharing it all with Jody.
