For your consideration……
One of many things on my vision board is a few words I clipped out of a magazine. I am not sure what the article was about. It doesn’t matter. But these words resonated with me, “You’re going to love what’s inside.”
I read those words everyday but today we are being reminded to not only take a look inside but to reflex on it as well.
Where have we been? Pick a time and reflect on where you were? Who were you then? What brought you to this moment? If we look without judgement, we can see how necessary each time of our life was leading up to that moment and ultimately this very moment. This is a moment….a snapshot of time. It is fleeting but it impacts the next. We can see that when we pause and reflect. We see our emergence.
That knowledge we hold in our soul is powerful. It reminds us of our accomplishments and capabilities for much much more. But most of all it reminds us of our love….the most powerful energy of the universe. The love we give and receive is the ultimate weapon. It is the big tool in our life tool kit. It fixes everything. Reflect on that. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……
-In meditation today, reflect on what’s inside….the who of you.
-Drink lots of water.
-Take deep cleansing breathes out-of-doors.
-Grab a book and relax.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Babycakes, will indeed be coming home for a short visit.
-Bruce and I had a successful trip to Eddie’s Music store.
-I had a great one on one with Lucia Renee.
-I relaxed and read.
