“Whoa,” I thought, “How could this be right?” For today’s message I heard the theme song from Rawhide, a very old western TV show…..

As I continued to meditate and wonder what this message was about, I was reminded of an incident with one of my kindergarteners. Every morning for their morning work they are asked to write. One morning Audi wrote, “I’m out of ideas.”

I just had to chuckle. Today’s message is about getting stuck, feeling like we are out of ideas. Most of us have that happen to us at some point in our lives. It can be scary, tiring, worrisome. My personal reaction tends to be panic until I remember to take a breathe and breath through it.

Today’s message is another light-hearted one. It comes in that way to remind us to lighten up. We are not alone….ever. We have our Guidance with us 24/7. All we need to do is stay calm, breath, get silent, ask for help and listen. That is all it takes to pull the plug and have our ideas once again flowing.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bity, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Chill out. It is all good.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A beautiful hot day….glad we have air.

-I managed to get all of my errands done early leaving time to get some computer work done in the afternoon.

-Catching up with Dianne.

-A good book.
