For your consideration….
Our life is a “body of work.” It is not, or should not, be defined by one moment. And our body of work is unfinished. It is ongoing.
We receive this message today so that we not judge ourselves or others by one moment or incident…whether it be horrible or wonderful. There is more. Time marches on and each new moment is a new opportunity. The choices we make will be added to the whole and become a fraction of our body of work, a new leaf on our tree of life.
We are asked to not be deterred and hesitant by what is past but excited and brave and meet the next moment head on fully prepared to make it all it can be.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Let go of the past and welcome the future.
What made me smile yesterday….
-Breakfast with Carol at our club.
-Shopping and laundry done.
-New plants planted.
-And it didn’t stop there. Don’t you just love the feeling of accomplishment when you are productive?
