For your consideration….
Wow, this is quite a responsibility.
Our message today reminds us that we are contagious. We attract energy. We emit energy. We have a choice. We always have a choice on what that energy will be.
So we are asked. Do we want to release doom and gloom or joy into the world? Which do we want to receive?
Do we want to release HOPE or pessimism? Which do we want to receive?
Do we want to release love or hate? Which do we want to receive?
Etc.
Etc.
Etc.
We need to put out into the world what we want to receive back. It is the old golden rule reincarnated. Give and do unto others as you would have them do onto you. It is just that simple.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Be what you want to see in the world.
What made me smile yesterday…
-My great 5th graders. They never complain no matter what you throw at them.
-Sunshine.
-Ginger, Bob and I took the birthday boy out to dinner.
-An early bed. I’m feeling great.
