The Sense God Gave Us

For your consideration…..

I am laughing out loud. I could feel my mother close at hand as this message was delivered. It would not be appropriate for me to write the way my mother would deliver today’s message to us or about others. She minced no words and no filters on the words she chose. I will write the more appropriate version but know that the message is just as strong.

As Mom would sort of say, “For heaven’s sake. Use the God given sense you were given.” Or she might say about other, “They don’t have the sense God gave them.”

Our message today tells us that we were born with God given common sense and wisdom. It is there for us to use. We don’t have to ask permission. We don’t have to check with others. No one holds the trump over our own God given sense. They are ours to choose to use.

Our message is simple. Choose to use the sense God gave us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Use your common sense. It is God given.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A fun half day at school. Good kids and fun teachers.

-Meeting sweet baby Myla.

-Visiting with John, Jackie and Pete.

-Stillwater and a long conversation with Babycakes.
