For your consideration….
We all have invisible chains that bind us. Some of them we have put upon ourselves. Some of them we have allowed others to put on us.
What are these invisible chains? They are the feelings and attitudes that keep us from moving forward with our dreams. They are tools of the ego that tell us we “can’t or shouldn’t” do things.
These invisible chains minimize us. They introduce fear and doubt into our lives.
Our message today tells us that we have the key to these chains. We can always free ourselves. We simply need to notice them and decide that they false and we do not need them. We simply need to decide to move forward with out dreams. We have to choose us and to follow where our soul wants to lead us.
Nothing can stop us from walking towards our dreams…our life purpose…except us. We have a choice. We always have a choice.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Free yourself.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-A great day with great students.
-Alas, it was probably the last warm day for a while. That’s ok. We are grateful for it.
-While the timing was unexpected, I was able to get my brother an airplane ticket for a great price. Synchronicity was in full force yesterday.
-James and Alex become engaged.
