For your consideration….

I love today’s message which simply is, “STOP WHINING.” Seriously, how many times do we find ourselves just wanting to say those very words?

It does not matter who or what you are; colleague,  parent, child, stranger, the news media, the government, neighbor etc. etc. etc. Whining is useless and unproductive. Even more than that, it is counter productive and harmful. Whining always….always….makes things worse.

We have all been there. Think about it. When we hear someone whining, we can not hear anything else. We can’t notice on anything else. It takes superhuman strength to tune them out. Whining is contagious and we are having an epidemic. There needs to be an intervention.

So, Lightworkers, here is what we can do. Certainly, we know that we can walk away. But what about this? When we hear whining, from ourselves or others, let’s just snap our fingers. Just once, it only needs to be once, to remind us we are in a negative moment and to change it up. If someone looks at you strange or asks us what our little snap is all about. We can simply say, “I am choosing to change my focus.” or “I am focusing on                                today.” We can fill in the blank on something positive and/or something we are grateful for.

We are called to action. On any given day each one of us can change the energy. We can be the change we want to see. We can implement change. We can be the pebble in the pond.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Make like a magician and Snap your fingers. Change the energy. Change the narrative. Change the reality.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A half day of school.

-A fun Abraham Lincoln project. It is amazing how everything the same can come out so different.

-Sun and warm weather in February. Heavenly….

-A good book.
