For your consideration….
I am so excited about today’s message. It is a perfect message to start the week with…..the week where we will celebrate LOVE.
Our message is the old cliché, “Look on the bright side.” We have heard this throughout our lives. Perhaps, we tend to dismiss it. However, today we are told that it isn’t just an old saying. Its roots goes to the essence of life.
We have a choice. We always have a choice. When we find ourselves in a space that feels dark or in negative energy, we can always turn to the light. And make no mistake, there is always light because there is always love. Love trumps everything because it is the truth. It is the essence of our core. It is our authentic self. It is always there, always accessible and always overshadows darkness. We simply have to turn to it.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Look on the bright side.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A much-needed day off.
-Lots of cold and flu medicine should do the trick.
-An early bed.
-Mac was very excited for her birthday.
