Angel Support

For your consideration….

Today I was told to write about angel support. I balked a little. Can this be right? Haven’t I done that already? Am I hearing this right? I thought I would sit on it for a minute and went on to pull an angel card for myself and journal. I do this every day anyway. So what is the card that gets pulled today? “Angel of Communication”, with the message “Communicate clearly: don’t be afraid to tell it like it is.” I was further told to spit it out, not mince words and speak from the heart. So if I have done this already, they want me to do it again. Maybe I left something out or maybe they just feel it is very important to repeat. So here we go.

Think about all that goes on everyday. How does that happen?  How do you think everything gets worked out? How does everything interact? I personally don’t believe in coincidences. Do you really think there is no intervention?

Of course, there is intervention. If we think the world is in rough shape now, consider how would it look if there were absolutely no help.  What if no one tapped into Divine Intervention?

Every single living thing has an angelic support system that can be tapped into at any given moment. The second our soul was created, support was assigned and has never left our side.

But we were also given free will. Angels can not override our free will. They are not free to jump in when they see us about to make a mistake. They can and do talk to us constantly but it is up to us to listen. We have a choice, we always have a choice.

Many people (I was one) feel angels are to be awed and revered. They are. But that is not to preclude seeing and working with them as true partners. Our angels are here to work with us in each moment. They hold no judgement so there is no decision too big or too small that they will not weigh in on and give their support. It is ok to ask which pair of shoes to wear just as we ask which career choice etc. Again, nothing is too big or too small.

Angels are here to support us. It is their Divine Assignment. They are with us in every breath and every step. They want us to talk to them to ask them for help. They want us to hear them. They want to have a working relationship with us in which we are in constant communication.

We are all born with the ability to communicate with our angels. But most people forget that they can. Periodically something happens where they think, “wow” how did that happen? Intervention may cross their mind but is forgotten. Most people say they don’t hear their angels and guides. Or if they think they do, they dismiss it as “no, can’t be”.

You probably don’t know who your angels and guides are. It doesn’t matter. They know you. Perhaps you know the Archangels, but probably don’t think they are here for you. Wrong. They are here for you.

How do we tap into this support? Little is required of us. We simply need to ask, pause and listen. It is just that simple.

But then you will ask, how will I know it is them that I hear, see, feel  or know? How do I know it is not the thoughts of my own ego? You know because anything that comes from your angels is always, always loving, kind and supportive. It will hold NO JUDGEMENT.

The more you practice the easier it becomes to discern where and from whom the message is coming. The more you practice the more open you become as things are thrown in your path for you to notice. They are clues. Angels can be very creative when trying to get our attention. They are playful and funny and not averse to playing little jokes on us.

Of course, meditation is the very best way to start the dialog with our angels. In meditation we are a captive audience. But you can also practice other ways. You got a decision to make? Just ask your ego to step aside,  pause and ask for the angel you need to give you support. Pay attention to what jumps in your head, heart or stomach. How does it feel? Is it kind, loving and supporting? Don’t second guess it. Trust it. Just keep doing this with any decision big or small. You will begin to recognize the support. Eventually you will recognize the angel delivering it.

You are perfect. You are loved. You deserve angelic support and you have it. It is my HOPE that you know this and this is at least a start in opening your personal communication with your angels.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate. I can not emphasize this too strongly. Pick a time of day that will consistently work for you. It is the best gift you can give yourself. Even 1 minute is better than none.

-Drink lots of water.

-Take at least 10 deep nurturing breaths. Breath out all you no longer need releasing it to be cleansed.

-Visit your local farmers market or farm stands and make fresh fruits and vegetables a major part of your diet. (Yeah, I love pasta too).

What made me smile yesterday….

-Alex is one step closer to her life’s dream. Go, Babycakes, go.

-Daughter number 2 is missing in action with her family. But I can see on Facebook they are having fun in Ludington, MI.

-Nancy Sue and I had a great coaching session. I just love the synchronicity of it all. I know I say that all the time, but I do.
