For your consideration….

There are many versions of this song but I love the heart and feel of this old negro spiritual one the best. In its simplicity we feel the power of our light. In the line, “I’m not going to make it shine, I’m just going to let it shine,” we realize that our light is with us always. It is always there. We can feel that.We can celebrate that. When darkness tries to intrude, we can turn to it and let our light over power it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Focus on your light. Stoke it.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Great students.

-Being in the right place at the right time. We always are but sometimes it is just so obvious.

-My cold held off until I got home. Sooo glad I had the opportunity to chill out, sleep in and take some naps today.

-I heard from both of my girls.
