For your consideration….
Today’s message is so ironic. Just yesterday I taught a lesson on “kindness” to a class of 5 year olds. Now our Guidance brings us the same message.
We always have the tools at hand to be the example, be the helping hand, extend kindness, spread love, be respectful….be the light in someone’s darkness.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths….walk.
-Be the light.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Sunshine.
-Sweet little ones.
-However, one of my boys was being a little stinker. Finally, after a particular event I told him that I was going to have to leave his teacher a note. Shortly after he came to me and quietly said, “Ms. Adams, can you please call my Mom and not leave Ms. …… a note?”
-Alex…having fun in Key West.
