For your consideration….

Rarely do we consider the word “interruption” an opportunity. Today’s message tells us that our thinking is faulty.

Sometimes we can figure out the “why” of the unexpected interruption. Sometimes we may even give a “whew” because we have been saved from a mistake. Sometimes we get an interruption that forces us to change course or take some downtime. Sometimes we never fully understand.

When we get life interruptions, they are never a mistake. We are asked today to see them as opportunities and be grateful versus grumbling about them.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Expect the unexpected and be grateful for the intervention.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A chill morning on a day off.

-Lunch with my friend, Carol.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Yvonne.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
