For your consideration….
Opportunities….we all receive them…many of them…every day.
Today’s message reminds us to expect them, look for them and be open to them. Just because this is not the opportunity you were HOPEing for does not mean it isn’t an opportunity.
But there is a second part to today’s message. Life is about balance. Many of our opportunities are not going to knock on our door. Sometimes they are put in our path which means we have to go about living our life to the fullest measure we know how. They can not jump in our path if we are firmly planted sitting at home or committed to a daily schedule.
We are asked today to open ourselves up, step out of the box and fearlessly seize the opportunities that are presented to us.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Expect opportunities. Welcome them. Seize them.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A great morning.
-Back to school with great middle schoolers.
-Finished a book.
-We put BBQ pork in the crockpot. I just love coming home and knowing what we are doing for dinner.
-Kathy came home from the hospital. Wahoo.
-Catching up with Alex and Jackie.
