For your consideration…..

Wow, I have been tested today on this message before I was even able to post it. This blog is barely making it onto today. Early this morning I went to my cottage, Stillwater. After meditating, I went to write today’s message only to find that I had forgotten my computer at home. I tried to write it from my smart phone but after many tries, I realized it was not to be. So I spent the rest of today there and came home tonight. I had planned on spending the week there but I guess I am meant to be home. Now for the message….

It is the New Year. We are reminded to not carry our baggage into it. We don’t need it. And we don’t need New Year’s resolutions. We only need to have our ego step down and let go of the worry and fretting it likes to pack onto us. We need to quit forcing what does not want to be and let the follow the natural flow of our authentic self.

We can do this. We simply need to let it all go and let Faith and HOPE carry us into the promise of all that can be.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask..”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Let go and go with the flow.

What made me smile yesterday….

-I finally got my summer clothes switched out for my winter ones. Hurrah. Better late than never.

-It is always fun finding things you forgot you had.

-A good book under a warm blanket.

-Great New Year’s messages from everyone.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
