Whales

For your consideration…

Whales have shown up! I love when we get messages via songs, animals, birds, flowers etc. This is the first time our message has come via whales. And it is a big message.

Everyday we are reminded to use our own breath, to take in at least 10 deep breaths outdoors….to breathe in Mother Earth. We are also frequently reminded that our breath is our reset button. We have it wherever we go.

Today the whale reminds us that our breath connects our internal creativity to the reality of the real world. It reminds us to use our internal creativity to “add” more to outer life. It is where creativity meets practicality. The whale represents grounded inspiration.

There is more to today’s message. It tells us that we will have enormous opportunities in the upcoming new year. We are encouraged to NOR follow others or our old patterns. Instead, we are asked to let our own creativity surface and follow the opportunities it that comes from it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Embrace your creativity and the opportunities it brings.

What made me smile yesterday….

-There are no coincidences. You end up where you are supposed to be. I ended up with a class I did not expect and they were wonderful.

-It is beautiful outside.

-I got Mary and Don to the airport. Breathe, Mary, breathe. After all that worry, their plane did take off just as planned.

-A crockpot dinner. Thank goodness.
