For your consideration…….
The message today is very simple. Love what shows up.
Now maybe it isn’t going to be a tiger, it probably won’t be. But whatever shows up is meant for us. All we have to do is notice. It is a gift meant just for us. Maybe we like it, maybe we don’t. Maybe we understand it, maybe we don’t. Maybe it is a person. Maybe it is something in nature. Whatever it is, it is exactly perfect for this moment. A clue? A lesson? Joy? Laughter? Peace? Sadness? Reflection? Exhaustion? Vitality? We’ll know it when we notice it.
And the more we notice, embrace and love, the more we grow. That is the HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate
-What was the first thing you noticed when you opened your eyes today? Gratefully journal what you notice. Or mentally run through the list before you close your eyes tonight.
-Drink lots of water.
-Sit still outside today for a few minutes. Make it a moment for you. What do you notice, feel, know?
-Celebrate
What made me smile yesterday…..
-A few hours with my friend, Jackie. Not enough. Never enough.
-Alex completed her last intermediate check ride. She is joyous and we are proud and joyous for her. Talk about noticing what is right in front of you….she noticed a flight going to Key West. “Room for me she asked?” Oh yeah!
-Our friend, Bob. He has had quite a couple of weeks. His 93-year-old mom has broke out of her assisted living home and been arrested twice and successfully been booted from the home. She always has been feisty.
