For your consideration….
Lucky people have two hands. We do a lot with our hands. We accomplish a lot with our hands. Our hands are magical gifts when they are working and helping others. Our message today reminds us that while we often take them for granted, the people they are working for feel blessed by them.
But today’s message carries a second message. When we use our hands for the good of others, they are in essence reflecting mirrors. When we are helping others, we more clearly see our blessings. Just as important, when we are helping others our own problems and issues are reflected back to us. We more clearly see our own need of the helping hands of others. We more clearly see what the camaraderie of helping hands can do for us.
We need each other.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Use your hands for good.
What made me smile yesterday….
-An absolutely perfect day with beautiful temperatures and blue skies.
-Taking our kiddos to Ann Arbor’s Farmer’s Market and Kerrytown.
-Making promises to each other in the “Promise Stone” in Kerrytown.
-Bills paid, nails done….working hard to have a free weekend.
-A peaceful, loving and comforting “women’s circle.” Thank you Kathy, Anita, Dorasy and Hillary.
