For your consideration….
Our message today addresses fear. I love the timing of this message as we switch gears and start to move into the routine of fall.
Are message was exactly this, “Fear is your limit switch.”
Think about it. If we are afraid of ladders, there is much work we can not do ourselves. If we are afraid of heights, there are many places we avoid going. If we are afraid of flying, we miss out on most of the world. If we are afraid of failure, we do not try. If we are afraid of success, we do not excel. If we are afraid of love, we put our guards us to keep it out. If we are afraid of truth, then we close our eyes, ears and hearts to it. Need I go on?
The second part of today’s message is this, “Fear is your limit switch that YOU installed.” You were not born with it.
We are asked today to let go of fear and LIVE our lives fully to the very of our ability.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?” Or ask for the help you need to accomplish a goal.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Let go of fear. It no longer serves you.
What made me smile yesterday….
-Finally, everything is squared away with the new company hired to handle subs.
-Having lunch with Jody and Shannon. I have not seen daughter number 1 in weeks. It was good. And she bought lunch. Wahoo.
-A visit to the cemetery to lay flowers and clean Millie’s headstone.
-We ran into Teddy there taking care of his Dad’s grave and had a great visit.
