For your consideration….
I had to laugh out loud when I got today’s message. My daughter, Alex, and her friends always refer to each others “luster.” They remind each other not to “lose your luster.” It always makes me chuckle because I always thought of it as the “in” word for spirit. So right away I knew today’s message was light and playful. Do you see how that works? Isn’t our Guidance clever?
Today’s message is about our spirit…our essence….our soul…our spirit. When we are happy, doing what makes us happy, doing what love, doing what feels sooo right, following our path, fulfilling our life purpose etc., our “luster” shines. We feel it. We know it and others do to. Our luster is like a beacon. It is good.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Don’t lose your luster. Keep your luster bright and shiny.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A chill morning.
-A beautiful beach day with huge waves.
-We met a young woman from Germany who has completed her masters in social work and is taking a year to travel before starting her career. She said she only planned on spending a few days in Brazil but has now been here 3 weeks.
-A lovely, heart warming message from another light worker who follows HOPEs Rising, Adriana. It put a great day over the top.
