For your consideration….

Hmmm…More about HOPE. Of course, this is what this blog is about through various messages. However yesterday our message was specific about “stoking HOPE with determination” and mirroring. Today it is about “replacing our HOPE.” When we get multiple messages about the same main topic sequentially or somewhat close together, one of two things is happening. Either I missed something important or it is a very important message for the time we are in….or both.

We know that everything contains energy. This includes our thoughts. When we lose HOPE in our thoughts and in our soul, it contaminates our entire being both physically and mentally. We must not lose our HOPE. We must not let others squelch it.

Today is another technique…another way….to protect or replace our HOPE when we are losing it to fear, sadness, discouragement, frustration etc.

We can change the energy of our verbal and non-verbal words. We do it by “replacing.”

Every time we say or think, “I can’t……,” we say a “I can….” statement.

Every time we say or think “I won’t….,” we say a “I will…” statement.

Every time we say “I don’t want….,” we say a “I do want….statement.

Every time we say “I shouldn’t….,” we say a “I should….statement.

You get the picture. We replace the “not” statements with positive statements that are very precise and clear to the Universe of what we do want and what we can do.

Our message today and the last couple of days is emphatically reminding us that we must hold onto our HOPE. We must live our live in a state or HOPE. We must share our HOPE. We must promote HOPE. We must plant seeds of HOPE, take care of it and grow it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray….ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Be conscious of our thoughts making sure they are clear, positive and HOPEful.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A chill day.

-A great little bakery/store/cafe near our condo.

-Family time.

-Lots of laughs.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
