For your consideration…..
Well today’s message is fun. For sure we have not had it before and something I have not thought about in years.
We are given this analogy. Just as an unborn baby is connected to its mother by the umbilical cord, so too are we…our spirit…connected to our God and Universe by the silver cord. Just as the baby can not survive without the umbilical cord, neither can we without the silver cord.
Today’s message is a reassurance. Whenever we feel afraid, lost, adrift, separated etc., we can release our fear and anxiety because we know we are connected to our source. While free choice gives us freedom, we are never completely disconnected. We may feel that way but it is an illusion. We are always connected and never really lost.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Don’t be a ninny….ask for help and directions whenever you need them.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A great nights sleep.
-Meditating on the balcony over looking the beautiful San Juan Islands.
-A great walk along the water through a preserve with AJ even though we missed out path and walked an extra mile ….at least.
-Dinner at Freida’s mexican restaurant….soooo good.
-AJ is determined to master the Jordan Speith golf game.
