Love

For your consideration…..

Today’s message came the from the love song “Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran. I recognized it right away. We are called to the line, “Maybe we found love right where we are.”

Our message changed this line up a bit. Instead, it is “We find l0ve right where we are.” It reminds us that we are surrounded by love. Wherever we are, we can find love. We have to choose to notice it.

Everywhere we are, there is proof of God’s love for us. We live on one of the lushest and most beautiful planets in the Universe. We are surrounded by Mother Earth’s and Father Sky’s beauty. We are surrounded by people to share love with. Our opportunities are endless. Our possibilities infinite.

There is a local pub, The Sidetrack. Their shirts have a Ben Franklin quote on them, “Beer is proof that God loves us.” We can chuckle at that but it goes straight to our message. We can find love wherever we are, in whatever we are doing.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray… ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all.”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Go for a walk. Play outdoors. Read outdoors.

-Notice the love that surrounds you.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A beautiful day after a night of rain.

-A good book.

-More twins! I now have twin nephews and twin nieces.

-The ultimate “chill out” day.
