When darkness falls upon your heart and soul
I’ll be the light that shines for you
When you forget, how beautiful you are
I’ll be there to remind you
When you can’t find your way
I’ll find my way to you
When troubles come around
I will come to you
I’ll be your shoulder
When you need someone to lean on
Be your shelter
When you need someone to see you through
I’ll be there to carry you, I’ll be there
I’ll be the rock that will be strong for you
The one that will hold on to you
When you feel that rain fallin’ down
When there’s nobody else around
I’ll be
And when you’re there, with no one there to hold
I’ll be the arms, that reach for you
And when you feel your faith is running low
I’ll be there to believe in you
When all you find are lies
I’ll be the truth you need
When you need someone to run to
You can run to me
I’ll be your shoulder
When you need someone to lean on
Be your shelter
When you need someone to see you through
I’ll be there to carry you, I’ll be there
I’ll be the rock that will be strong for you
The one that will hold on to you
When you feel that rain fallin’ down
When there’s nobody else around
I’ll be
I’ll be the sun
When your hearts filled with rain
I’ll be the one
To chase the rain away
I’ll be your shoulder
When you need someone to lean on
Be your shelter
When you need someone to see you through
I’ll be there to carry you, I’ll be there
I’ll be the rock that will be strong for you
The one that will hold on to you
When you feel that rain fallin’ down
When there’s nobody else around
I’ll be
I’ll be
For your consideration….
You know I love it when I get a song for a message. I only recently heard this song but it seems Reba McIntyre sang it many years ago. I don’t believe in coincidences. This song is meant for us today.
Lightworkers, this is us. I am not sure who the song writer had in mind when she wrote it. It does not matter. This song is who we are. This is our mission to those we love, those we don’t, friend, family or foe. This is our mission to those we know and those we don’t. This is our mission to our fellow human beings.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.What made me smile yesterday.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all.”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Walk, run….just get moving.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Yearly Doctor appointment done. Wahoo.
-Dr. “Do you want to get the 2nd and final pneumonia shot today?”
Me, “Oh, I wasn’t sure I needed another one. Sure. Is this good for life?”
Dr. “How old are you?” I tell her and she says, “Oh yeah.”
I’m left thinking “Thank you. No need to go on about it. Enough said.” Yikes.
-A great ride to Stillwater talking to Jackie.
-A visit from my neighbors.
Love, Blessings and Gratitude,
