For your consideration….
Today is Palm Sunday and the first day of Spring….a big day. At once we are reminded of rebirth, awakening and claiming our dreams, HOPEs, and life purpose.
We are reminded today of Jesus’ triumphant and HOPEful ride into Jerusalem. His followers and disciples were joyous and excited in anticipation to see Jesus claim his kingdom. We know that their vision on how he would do this was very different from the plan God had laid out for his son.
We talked yesterday about having the benefit of hindsight. We have that and can see that God’s plan was far beyond anything the Disciples and Jesus’ followers could have ever envisioned or dreamed. It was beyond anything they could comprehend.
Once again we are reminded to have faith in the “bigger picture.” Have faith in God’s plan for us. It is far bigger than we can imagine.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Enjoy and celebrate today.
-Be joyous in the “bigger plan.”
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Hey, they say it was colder but the sun was shining and it felt perfect to me.
-Lots of tasks done.
-A surprise invitation from Kathy to meet her for a drink. It was fun.
-Bruce on leftovers (corned beef on pumpernickel), “Chris, sandwich is better than…..” Proof that sometimes those 7 minute meals are just the best.
