For your consideration….
…backwards and prepare to be amazed.
Frequently we have messages reminding us that while we think we are stuck, don’t know our purpose or can’t see our direction, we are never stuck. The Universe is in perpetual motion. All we have to know and see is our next step. We know this but sometimes we still feel anxious. Our faith is tested.
Today’s message is given to us to help fortify our faith and what deep down we already know. We may not be able to see our future, but we do have the benefit of hindsight. We are asked to pause today or any day when we worried about our future and how things will turn out. Pause and think of some part of our life…any part….any event. Recall the event and start “pulling the thread” back. As you pull the thread, recall what happened. Recall the people, place and things that were aligned and came together to make the event happen. Then pull the thread a bit farther and recall the same things preceding that event and the one before and the one before and the one before etc.
Whether you pick a minor or major event, whether it is job or home related, whether it is with people close to us or strangers does one matter. You can pick absolutely anything and the results will be the same. As you continue to “pull the thread” backwards you will see how incredibly intricate every piece of life is. Everything down to the tiniest detail has been thought out and executed perfectly, just for us.
Perhaps your mother or grandmother said to you, “It will work out. It always does.” When we pull the thread backwards we will see how absolutely true this is. It makes it hard to not have faith when we have the proof of our history.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Have fun….pull the thread backwards.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-A fun school day.
-Timing was effortless.
-Having Mary and Don for dinner.
-Visiting with my Sis for our “end of the week” chat.
-The Association of Naval Aviation named our Alex NFO of the year.
