For your consideration…..
What a great message we have today. It is simply this…lighten up.
Lighten up about everything. Laugh. Laugh out loud. God does. We are made in his image.
Over and over we are asked to have Faith. Earlier this week we were asked to let go of worry and told solutions are always in the works.
Today’s message goes a step farther and asks us to let loose and have fun. Enjoy life. Look to the lighter side of life. Look for the light. Be the light. Share the light.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Laugh. Laugh out loud. Laugh a lot.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Another day with the great class I have had all week.
-Sunshine and warm weather.
-A good book.
-An early bed.
