For your consideration…..
A baby! A baby! We celebrate the birth of Jesus today. The gift of a baby swells our hearts. We are instantly brought back to our roots and our essence. We feel love and joy in its purest form and we are pulled into commitment to protect, nourish and love. In return we get pure love. It is the sacred cycle of life.
Today as we celebrate the birth of Jesus we are called to that commitment to love and protect. And in return to open our heart and feel it returned to us.
Remember and rejoice! It is all good.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Rejoice and commit.
What made me smile yesterday….
-Wrapping gifts with Alex.
-Seeing friends and celebrating with friends at Jen and Dan’s. As we were leaving Alex says, “Well, that was low-key and fun!”
-A visit with my brother who gave me cookies from my sister, yum.
-Jordan and Chris stopped by.
-Alex and I finishing out the night watching, “The Holiday.”
