For your consideration…..

It has been awhile since we were given our message via a bird or animal. Early this morning that is how our message came to us. I was returning home after taking a friend to the airport, filling the car up and grocery shopping. As I got into the country, a hawk came out of no where and flew down in front of my car and continued flying down the center of my lane. Once I had the “ah ha” moment, he politely and gracefully flew to the side of the road and perched on a tree.

Hawks deliver many messages but today our message has to do with our energy, balance and our higher psychism and vision.

We are in a season full of high and deep emotion. We miss loved ones who have passed more deeply. We look forward to the celebration and joy of getting together with friends, family gatherings and seeing and hearing from people we don’t hear from often enough. Our energy is ramped up with extra tasks and the time limits we have to complete them. It’s intense. We are intense.

Our hawk reminds us today that we need to be kind to ourselves and not forget to rest or pause when we feel we need it. This rest is not a waste of precious time. Our intensity is connected to our psychism and vision. We are more intuitive and that is good. We are learning and growing. If we allow ourselves to be open to these messages they are full of HOPE,  new ideas, different ways we can be of service and how we can fulfill our life purpose.

Our hawk today is a messenger telling us that we are receiving life signals and to pay attention. It is all good.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Notice…what shows up on in your path, thoughts and dreams.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A last minute Christmas present made.

-Having Alex home.

-Laugh out loud Facebook posts.

-Alex and I went to Shannon’s “Wine Club.” Fun.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
