Live With Intention

For  your consideration….

I love today’s message. I loved it when I received it. I loved how I received it….teasingly, playfully.

We are asked to live with intention. Speak with intention. Act with purpose of true intention.

You see, intention requires us to marry our body, mind and spirit. Of course, we can have good or bad intentions but we know we are being asked to bring our best intentions. We are being asked to bring honor, honesty, love, HOPE, faith and love to our thoughts, words and deeds.

When we bring intention to a moment, we maximize it. We make that moment all that it can be. We wring every drop of opportunity out of it. To do that, we must intend to do it.

Simply put, our message today asks us to intend to live with intention.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Focus on intention.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A quick trip to the Restaurant Depot with Bob.

-Seeing his brother, Chris, down there. It is the first time in years I have seen Chris.

-Happy hour with Pam and Alex at Real Seafood. It is Pam’s and my favorite happy hour place.

-Watching football and reading with Alex and Bruce….a good family night in.
