The loving human touch is magical. For many of us, we often don’t even think about it. It is a natural thing. It is instinct.
Facebook is loaded with pet photos, video clips and messages. We love our pets because of their unconditional love for us. What creates that unconditional love? The human touch. Our pets can not wait for a pet or hug. While people may not be waiting for us at the door shaking in anticipation, unsolicited kisses and hugs touches our hearts.
Hugs, kisses, handshakes, pats etc. transfer energy. Positive, loving touch create a positive loving transfer of energy.
Our world needs all of the love it can get. When inclined, when you think someone needs it, give your love and support with your unique healing human touch.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Give a hug, get a hug.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Getting ready for work while my grandkids get ready for school. Seriously, they have it down pat. Completely calm, unrushed and efficient, they get themselves out the door for the school bus.
-Alex and James having a reunion in Japan. Happy smiles.
-I did not miss the opportunity to give my students a history lesson of Dec. 7, 1941. They were greeted with a picture of the Arizona Memorial when they entered class.
-Mac and I had a great cookie baking class at Zingerman’s with our friends, Yvonne and Reg. It was lots of fun. Seriously Mac was awesome. We learned a lot.
