For your consideration….
Our message today tells us that there is always a “flip side.” There is always a solution already waiting for our implementation. We are so bombarded with bad news it is hard to remember but….
-Love always trumps evil.
-Lightness always drives out darkness.
-A compliment always takes the wind out of and insult’s sails.
–HOPE always destroys despair.
-Joy always shrinks sadness.
etc. etc. etc.
If we find ourselves in the negative, we are reminded that we have the solution. We can always find it on the “flip side.” We can be the change agent.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE actions steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Feeling down? Flip it around.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A kindergarten student from China asked if she could tell me a story. “Yes, of course.” She proceeded to tell me about her parents meeting and getting married.
-Hearing from Carol and a surprise that we will see her over the holiday.
-A great cooking class.
-Alex is making progress getting her house back in order. We feel for her. It is tough when your safe place is all in turmoil.
