For your consideration…..

“Work smarter, not harder.” is our message today word for word.

We have heard this saying before typically around “work.” Today we are given this saying for not only work but our life as well. Hand and hand with this statement is another, “Going with the flow.”

When we find ourselves unhappy with a situation, job, person…anything in life, we are reminded to pause. The angst we are having is trying to get our attention. It is demanding that we stop and think and ask question ie; Why is this so hard? What am I missing? Should I be doing this at all? Why do I have this attitude? What am I missing? Why have I been given this situation? What is it that is really bothering me? Is it this or something else? How can I turn this around and make it easier? How can I make it mesh and flow better in my life?

Our attitude and the way we look and feel about things is everything. It is that what our energy is attracted to. Our attitude and feelings summons the matching energy. When we are struggling, it is worth the time and effort to pause and figure out what is going on and finding a way to turn our work into something positive.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Work smarter, not harder.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A day off for a dentist appointment. Catching  up with my dental hygienist is always a hoot.

-A trip to the Restaurant Depot with Bob.

-My ladies circle.

-It is still warm weather. I know it will come to an end soon so I relish each day that we still have.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
