For your consideration…..

Today’s message is about thinking, decision-making and our power and control.

In this age of technology we have access to the entire world. Our knowledge base can expand to whatever we want it to be. But as technology grows, so does marketing. Marketing is a multi-billion dollar business. It is everywhere; the internet, TV, the government, the news, the radio, our schools, businesses, products etc.. Marketing is what funds the media and its advertising is what expands audiences and patrons in almost all other industries. Marketing is a tool that used truthfully and wisely is a good thing. Used dishonestly and poorly it is a bad thing.

That is why our message today tells us to do our own thinking and decision making. Further, we are asked to make them from the inside out versus the outside in. We are asked to start with the truth we hold at our core and go from there. If it doesn’t seem or feel right, believe that it is not. Trust you as the first expert.

There is more. We are bombarded with information. We are all busy. It is easy to throw up our hands and say “here” and let someone else take charge and make our decisions for us. Yes, sometimes that is easier but that involves giving away our power.

We are here to live our path. We can not do that by giving away our power and control. We are reminded that we have everything we need in our life tool box. We are prepared to make our own decisions and hold our own opinions from the inside out.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Honor your power and control. Be grateful for it. Use it.

What made me smile yesterday….

-An absolutely perfect fall day.

-Grocery shopping done.

-Inspiration.

-Work and play.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
