For your consideration…….
I think I have mentioned before that I am studying with a teacher, Reverend Nina Roe. Her website is on my reference page. Last night she had an Archangel Raphael Circle. It was a great hour. Archangel Raphael’s message was very clear but very simple. It is what I would like to leave you with today.
As we have talked about before, the world is in a state of change. Everyone is being asked to step up to the plate by:
1. Being dedicated to a spiritual path.
2. Practicing that path everyday.
3. Doing something good for yourself everyday.
4. Doing something good for someone else everyday.
This simple message is powerful. It emphasizes that our journey is step by step and that we have control. We have a choice. We always have a choice. That is our HOPE.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, hope by hope action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate for as long as you can. Notice those things that pop into your mind them let them go without judgement. Then simply refocus.
-Make the choice to choose Archangel Raphael’s message.
-Drink lots of water.
-Grab a good book and read.
What made me smile yesterday….
-I had a great meeting with a classmate.
-The Archangel Raphael Circle was fabulous.
-For Christmas we got Bruce an IPod Nano. I don’t know why we didn’t do that before. He loves music and stands in the garage listening to it for many hours everyday. He just loves this thing. Well a couple of nights ago a mosquito landed on his nose and when he went to swat it, he got tangled in his headphone cords and the Nano flew out and hit the cement floor. He was distraught but on further examination the screen is chipped but the Nano still works. Why did that make me smile yesterday? Because when Bruce came in last night he joyously announced, “Hey, I successfully have made it back into the house without dropping my Nano.”
