The Universe Has Your Back

For your consideration…..

I’m chuckling. Our message today word for word is, “The Universe has your back.” As I looked for an image to portray the image, I searched things like, “Universe support.” Nope, no perfect image there. So then I googled the message as given and voila’, the perfect image is right in front of me. Another perfect example of the message.

When this message came in, I thought of yesterday. I was thinking how great it would be to go to my cottage, Stillwater. Within 5 minutes the neighbors I had borrowed it to, called to say they were back in their own home and Stillwater was ready for me. Later my youngest daughter called to say that her starting back up at Cross Fit could not have been better. Earlier she had called to say she was irritated that work kept her from going to the class she wanted. She ended up at a later class that turned out had a friend just starting back in the program as well. Plus the instructors remembered her from pre-deployment and were excited to welcome her back. The Universe put her exactly where she needed to be.

We make plans and we stress about them. Many of us feel a need to make our goals and are upset and/or angry when things get in our way. Our message today tells us that the Universe always has a plan for our highest good. It is in perpetual motion. It may not seem like it but the Universe is constantly rearranging to get us to where we need to be. It is an everyday miracle.

Relax. Go with the flow. There are no coincidences. You are exactly where you are supposed to be.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Relax into the rhythm of your life.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A great new recipe.

-My first trip to the Farmer’s Market of the season.

-A movie, with AJ, Mac, Taylor and Devon.

-Coincidences.
