Enthusiasm

For your consideration…..

If you follow this blog, you know that I love to read. I love to read all kinds of books.

Today’s message asks us to notice what draws us into a book. Why do we like or don’t like a character? Are we drawn to the location, profession or plot? What strikes a chord and resonates with us?

Personally, I love books with strong female characters, no matter what the genre is. I am drawn to their enthusiasm and determination. I can see that as a common theme for me. What is it for you?

We are told in our message today that what we are drawn to in books, actually all art forms, is in essence a mirror. It is something we recognize and relate to. It is a clue to our life purpose. So often we wonder what our life purpose is and say we haven’t a clue. Today we are told different. Clues are constantly put in our path. It is up to us to notice them.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Walk barefoot in the grass. Let Mother Earth’s energy energize you.

-Pay attention to the mirrors that are put up in front of us in all types of ways; books, art, music, dreams etc.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A perfect day for an outdoor baseball game.

-AJ’s team continues to win at States.

-A visit with Yvonne while picking up supplies.

-Talking to both my girls in one day.

-An “Amanda” Facebook post left me in stitches.
