For your consideration…..
You are a wonder, a unique creation. Your spirit carries the HOPE of everything.
If it is buried, dig it out. Let it free. Let it permeate in everything you touch, say, feel, do. Let it surround and permeate into the spirit of every person you come in contact with or think about.
You are a healer. Today let your spirit heal and bring peace, comfort and joy.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Heal.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-It was my last day of this school year and a great one.
-Getting ready to see Alex.
-An easy trip to Stillwater that included picking up a corned beef from Whigley’s in Detroit, picking up a dresser in New Baltimore and stopping for dinner at Catch 22. It was a pretty productive after school trip.
-Sitting on the back deck chatting with neighbors.
-A Skype call from Alex.
-A video from Shannon having fun in Chicago.
