Webster’s definition: :  an inclination or predisposition toward something; especially :  a strong inherent inclination toward something objectionable

For your consideration…..

So often we hear on the news debates on civil rights and liberties, what is protected and what isn’t. We seem to be getting more confused than ever.

Our message today is this. We should respect the proclivities of others as long as their intentions are to “do no harm.” At the same time, we should feel no obligation to support those proclivities if our own hearts and souls do not feel they are correct. Respect does not mean follow or even support. We have to follow what our own heart knows is right and true.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray….ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of others.?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Remember the your breath is your reset button. Go to your breath whenever you need to return to calm.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-A beautiful sunny day.

-An easy ride home.

-Synchronicity with my niece and Goddaughter, Kerri.

-Going to the movies with Bob and Bruce.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
